Sunset Condominiums is located on the exclusive Peninsula de Santiago. Unit #7 is one of 15 units, all personally owned, about 50% American or Canadian owners. In photo on left, #7 is on the far left, second floor. It has an outside entrance, two floors above the parking lot. Photo on right show view from 150 sq. ft. terrace.

The apartment is 550 sq. ft., has a view from both the sliding glass doors in the living area and the bay window in the bedroom. The bedroom is is air-conditioned, although high upon the hill, there is usually no need for anything other than the breezes from the mountains or the sea.

This American who own this unit have totally remodeled and redecorated it, and want to rent to people who will love and take care of their home while they are away.

Below the parking level, there is a pool and terrace with a view.

Two beaches, Playa Audiencia and Playa Santiago, are a 15 minute walk away.

50% deposit payable by VISA, Mastercard, check or money order; balance for total period of stay due 45 days prior to arrival. $200 damage deposit.

This unit has A/C in bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped, linens supplied. On monthly rentals, tenant pays for laundry.

Price includes 15% federal tax. VISA and Mastercard accepted, with 4% bank charge.

Longer rentals available at $350-850/month (depending on months).

Refund policy: Note that once we receive your deposit to hold the dates you've reserved, we have effectively taken this apartment off the market. Most people are now reserving their vacation residence many months in advance. If you choose to cancel for any reason, it is highly unlikely that we will be able to re-rent the apartment for the period of time you reserved. Therefore, there will be no refunds of deposit for cancellation at any time for any reason.
